Will my privacy be protected?
Your e-mail address is collected to enable us to deliver the audio files to you, and to record the transaction in case you need to contact us with a query. We promise never to sell or pass on your information, or send you any messages not directly related to your purchase. PayPal, our transaction partner, collects information about you and your transactions in order to create and maintain your account and protect their payments network. PayPal operates in line with all current data protection legislation.

When will I receive my audio files?
When you place an order for an audio book, the transaction is processed through PayPal. Once the payment has been accepted our system will send a unique link to your e-mail address, which will give you the opportunity to download your file for 3 days before it expires.

What happens if my download link expires?
Your unique download link will be valid for 3 days and you should try to download your files in that time. If you have a problem and the link has expired, please let us know using the contact form and we will arrange for you to download them again.

How do I listen to the sample stories online?

Who is Robert Duncan?
Robert Duncan has earned a living as a designer, cartoonist and copywriter for nearly forty years. He has drawn cartoons for just about everybody, including twenty years of cricketers' almanacs for Sir Tim Rice's team Heartaches and over 2,000 greeting cards for the Really Good Card Company, selling in over 50 countries. He has done cartoon illustrations for Curiosities of Golf, Cricket, Politics etc. for Pavilion Books and sold a few silly ideas like the Mouse Nightshirt and the Mobile Phone Deckchair, which are a big hit in the novelty gift market.

Aside from having written Once Upon A World a bedtime book of bible stories, he also wrote the play Cluedo, a comedy with six different endings, which toured the country for two years and still holds the record of the all-time most successful play at the Theatre Royal Windsor, England.

Robert is also twelve times winner of the Punch Caption Competition.
